YiWords is a language-learning product for Vietnamese speakers studying Chinese and for speakers of English, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Malay and other languages studying Vietnamese, available as an iOS app and on the web. This page lists product updates by date, newest first.
- The Vietnamese dictionary gains topic pages and tone-guide pages; every entry now explains how to read its tones.
- Four new Vietnamese dictionaries with Thai, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean definitions (about 38,000 pages), plus a Traditional Chinese edition — 7 definition languages in total.
- The website is now available in 39 languages, each at its own URL.
- Dictionary URLs unified to /definition-language/learning-language/; old links redirect automatically.
- Web dictionaries launched: Vietnamese with English definitions (9,554 entries) and Chinese with Vietnamese definitions (9,520 entries).
- Dictionary search box with fuzzy matching; collocations and example sentences can be played aloud, with a slow-speed option.
